We started with just one Manager, and one secretary; our company was named HOMETOWN REALTY & DEVELOPER. It was located at 519-G N.S. Amoranto St. Laloma, and Quezon City as a single proprietorship company. The aforementioned realty services were accepted by our clients.
 
DR. MARY GAW SO was able to add to the management staff. Due to our good performance in rendering real estate documentation and selling services, our patronizing clients grow. We decided to looked for a much bigger place in order to serve our clients more efficiently and effectively.
Early April, 2005, we transferred to 777 N.S. Amoranto St.,cor Sto. Domingo Ave., Bgy. Siena, Quezon City. To this day, our clients continue to patronize our services. We courageously accept the challenge to served more effectively and efficiently.
 
 HOMETOWN REALTY & DEVELOPER started its commercial operation on june 1997. The company was registered with the Department of Trade and Industry under registry numbers 766723 on March 20, 2001; and in March 21, 2006 it was renewed under the Certificate No. 00091171. Its management team is composed of highly competent professionals. Our liaison officers and staff gained extensive training, and had experienced to work and commission to serve to the fullest satisfactions of our customers.
